Digital linear oscillator

Digital oscillater model RED 200/300

In the photo an image of the touch screen display with a working page and the electric axis with its motor.

This device is different from all other motorized axes both in terms of motor and mechanics. In fact, it has been specifically designed and built specifically trying to meet all the requirements of these instruments. The watertight closure of the movement should be noted to guarantee immunity from welding fumes and dust, while preserving the performance of the recirculating screw and the ball slides. Mechanics is made entirely of ERGAL with heads machined from solid to improve rigidity and contain the weight.

The RED model digital linear OSCILLATOR represents the most advanced and complete tool in terms of welding oscillators. The axis is motorized with a brushless motor equipped with a resolver that drives a rolled ball screw connected to the torch holder carriage. The control console has a 5.7 "touch screen panel that allows you to enter all process variables directly in numerical values as follows:

CENTRAL POSITION
SPEED MOVEMENTS
MOVEMENT TO THE LEFT
MOVEMENT TO THE RIGHT
STOP TIME IN CENTRAL POSITION
STOP TIME ON THE LEFT
STOP TIME ON THE RIGHT

The central position is adjusted by the operator through the JOG axis and automatically stored and shown on the display, all the variables can also be modified in real time, during the execution of the work cycle. Once all the variables have been stored, it is possible to save the work program in the programs page, up to a maximum of 99 different jobs.
Furthermore, all the process variables can also be inserted and modified through physical commands, that is through the push-button panel and each parameter has two keys, one to increase the variable and one to decrease the data.

This duplication of commands represents a truly winning feature and is particularly appreciated by the user, who can thus have a highly professional and precise instrument, but at the same time, compatible with the real working environment, in which the operator is often equipped with gloves that do not work well with the intervention on a touch screen panel.
