In collaboration with META, Carma Service has created the DLS350 laser vision system, the only one on the market to read with great precision the shape of the joint placed 350 mm deep in a "slot" of only 18 mm opening, on one piece rotating at 100 °C temperature. In the photo above you can see a working page of the software system that allows you to inter-polar the information returned by the laser vision with the position that the torch must assume to perform the particular sequence of pass required. Using our NARROW GAP torch it is therefore possible to vary the deposit area without virtually moving the position of the torch, arranging the passes as indicated on the monitor. The control touch screen monitor therefore allows you to modify all the parameters in a simple and intuitive way, including positioning the torch on the X-Y-Z axes directly from the page in the figure.

The LASER control systems have usuelly have problems related to operating temperatures with threshold values ​​never exceeding 50 °C. Furthermore, even reading on high-temperature bodies leads to problems with the beam itself easily losing vision. To complete our systems we have built the entire chain of the vision system, also implementing innovative heat protection systems, making use of the collaboration of the aeronautical industry. For CLADDING systems, a joint tracking laser system is available, capable of guaranteeing constant maintenance of the overlapping characteristic between the various deposited areas. It is the only system to work in compliance with very tight tolerances, i.e. in the order of 0.2 mm of maximum deviation, eliminating all the problems related to the various deformations of the pieces.
